Ladies I have been inspired by the Biggest Loser TV program and would love for you to join me in an adventure to get healthy. I want to use this blog as a connection point and encouragement for all of us to reach our "healthy" goals. All of us are coming at this from totally different places with different backgrounds, struggles, strengths, weaknesses, and goals for moving forward.
I thought we could use this blog to share our story, struggles and goals. Then, if we could commit to getting on the blog at least once a week to encourage each other and share how we did reaching our personal goals that week.
I you want to join in and make that commitment I will add you as an administrator to this blog so that you blog and post each week - or more!
Here is my profile (when you blog, please share as much as or little as you are comfortable with)
Keep in mind it would be helpful for others to know where you need encouragement, what your goals are and maybe some struggles so that we can encourage you!
My name is Kameren and I have been working for 6 years to transform our eating habits. I have gotten a lot of things like high fructose corn syrup, white flour, and sugar out of our diet. We know longer have sodas in the house regularly, processed foods are rare and eating out has gotten down to one or two times week. My goal is to get more and more live foods into our diet. We ar currently trying to get to whre we only eat meat (chicken only) two times a week. With the rest of or meals being meat free!
I have been working out since October at the gym. Last summer I was size 14 and this year I am a 10. My goal is to be back to an 8, but I would love for 6 to become my normal size!
I want to work out 4 times a week and walk to the gym. So far I realistically get there 2x a week. and I only walk there ocassionally - with the boys it takes a really long time!
ok, that's my story...looking forward to hearing from you! Let me know if you are in and I will add our name to the admin. so you can blog too!
